To succeed in this role, we would like you to:
Enjoy troubleshooting, analysis, and problem-solving, viewing it as detective work to find causes
Be curious, a quick learner, and unafraid to experiment
Enjoy direct customer contact and express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing
Experience with e-service platforms, Python, broad IT knowledge, or familiarity with various system environments is meritorious.
About the roleAs a Product Specialist, you will become a central part of the support team, working together with 29 colleagues to deliver top-class service. The role is both technical and communicative, and you will have significant influence on how our customers experience support from Sokigo.
Since the role involves both customer contact and training responsibilities, you need to be able to communicate fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. Therefore, we also require your application to be written in Swedish.
Your responsibilitiesIn your work, you will among other things:
Provide qualified support for our self-developed solutions, Abou and Minut products
Troubleshoot and solve problems in close dialogue with customers via phone, case management systems, and remote connections
Connect to customer servers via various types of VPN solutions for analysis and problem-solving
Learn about customers' processes and configurations to ensure our solutions are used optimally
Work in complex systems where questions vary from day to day
This is a varied and developmental job where you will learn something new almost every week.

OtherThe position is full-time and the primary location is Sundbyberg. Start date is by agreement.
