Your Role as Debt Collection Lawyer

As a debt collection lawyer at PS Finance Group, you will become part of our wonderful legal team. In your role, you will independently handle bankruptcy cases, simpler disputes, and other collection matters requiring legal expertise. You will also provide legal advice to both customers and employees.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Processing debt collection cases regarding disputed claims, bankruptcy proceedings, and dispute resolution, primarily in small claims courts
• Contact with debtors and customers via phone and email, handling payments, and following up on actions taken
• Other legal and administrative tasks common in a debt collection agency

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who has recently completed their law degree (Jur. Cand. or LL.M.) and is at the beginning of their career. To fit in with us at PS Finance Group, you need to be a team player who thrives working goal-oriented in a high-performance environment. You are communicative and express yourself well both verbally and in writing. You also have a good ability to structure and prioritize your tasks. We appreciate that you are self-assured, not afraid to take on new challenges, and have strong integrity.
