Do you want to work with one of the world's strongest premium brands in a state-of-the-art facility? At Motornova, you will have a business-driven role with a strong customer focus, where you are responsible for the entire sales process – from first contact to delivery and long-term customer relationships. We are currently building the future Mercedes-Benz facility in Skövde, giving you a unique opportunity to become part of our journey in a completely new and modern environment.

You work in a structured and independent manner, but are also a team player who contributes to the team's joint success. With an eye for detail and a good sense of service, you ensure that every customer receives a first-class experience.

We would like you to:

  • Have experience in sales, preferably within the automotive industry
  • Be confident in customer dialogues and have the ability to drive business to closure
  • Enjoy working towards set goals and have a business-minded mindset
  • Have a strong customer focus and a genuine interest in creating long-term relationships
  • Work in a structured manner and take responsibility for your entire business
  • Hold a valid driver's license (Category B)

Your daily work As a salesperson with us, you have a central role in the operations where you are responsible for the entire customer journey. You work with the sale of Mercedes-Benz passenger cars and guide the customer through the entire process – from needs analysis to delivery and follow-up.

Your daily work is varied and characterized by both customer meetings and independent business drive. You actively work to create new business opportunities while maintaining existing relationships.

In the role, you will among other things:

  • Work with the sale of new and/or used Mercedes-Benz vehicles
  • Receive and follow up on leads as well as actively create new customer contacts
  • Conduct needs analyses and provide professional advice
  • Be responsible for quotation work, business closure, and deliveries
  • Ensure high quality at every step of the customer experience
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues in sales, service, and administration

About Motornova Motornova AB is part of Nordiska Motor, a group founded in 1984 and which today has approximately 300 employees with operations from Halmstad to Arvika. In Skövde, we have been present since 2004 and are an authorized agent for Mercedes-Benz passenger cars as well as a reseller of transport vehicles.

Today we offer a full-service facility and are currently in the midst of a major renovation to Mercedes-Benz's latest facility concept – MAR20X – which will be ready in the summer of 2026. This means you will get to work in a completely new, modern environment adapted for the future customer experience.
