Do you want to combine technology, sales, and long-term customer relationships in a role with great freedom under responsibility? We are now recruiting on behalf of our client, EagleBurgmann, for a Technical Sales Representative position in Västra Götaland!

About the Company

EagleBurgmann Sverige AB is today one of Sweden's largest players in mechanical seals, compensators, as well as box and flange packings. The operation consists of 23 employees with offices in Norrköping and Gothenburg, sales representatives located throughout the country, as well as service and refurbishment workshops in Sundsvall and Gothenburg.

About the Role

As a Technical Sales Representative at EagleBurgmann, you are responsible for driving and developing the sales of the company's product and service range within your region in northern Sweden. You work with both existing customers and developing new business opportunities and markets.

The role is varied and combines technical advisory, sales, and customer-facing work. One day you might help a service workshop with a quick solution, and the next day plan a major maintenance shutdown together with a customer. You work closely with customers and build long-term relationships with the support of an internal technical team throughout the entire sales process.

The position involves travel within the region and some overnight hotel stays.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Plan and conduct customer visits
  • Participate in trade fairs, conferences, and customer events
  • Develop technical sealing solutions together with technical support
  • Present technical solutions to customers
  • Assemble and install products at customer sites as needed
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Work long-term with customer relations and business development

We are looking for someone who

  • Thrives working both independently and in close collaboration with colleagues
  • Is business-driven and motivated by creating long-term customer relationships
  • Has a strong technical interest and a desire to develop
  • Is structured, communicative, and has good planning skills
  • Is service-oriented and inspires trust in customer interactions

We would prefer if you have:

  • Experience in technical sales, preferably within the industry
  • Technical knowledge or experience with rotating equipment
  • Experience or interest in service, assembly, or maintenance work
  • Good IT skills
  • Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
  • A valid driver's license (Category B)
