ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Production Engineer, you will be part of a project group consisting of project managers and operational production engineers. Currently, the company is undergoing a change that requires adaptation. You will work together to connect and optimize production flows based on the changes made and the new conditions these changes entail.

In the role of Production Engineer, you will collaborate closely with production managers, ongoing production engineers, maintenance, operators, and quality engineers. You will be responsible for areas within automation and peripheral equipment. This requires knowledge of machining and experience with calculations regarding technical capacity and balance, as well as analysis related to the human-machine relationship.

Examples of tasks include:

• Support and develop assembly processes, including for Heavy Duty motors.
• Support assembly flows by working with assembly sequences, balancing, takt time, and production methods.
• Prepare and implement product changes in assembly flows, including work instructions, tools, and flows.
• Handle both minor and major investments, from preliminary studies to installation and commissioning.
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving.
• Drive improvement initiatives within Manufacturing Engineering as well as cross-functionally within the factory.
• Support and develop internal methods within Manufacturing Engineering.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO:

• Have a university degree in Production Engineering or a similar field.
• Have a strong interest in and experience working close to production and within machining.
• Have good knowledge of machining.
• Communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing, as these languages are used in daily work.

It is meritorious but not a requirement if you:

• Have previous work experience in a similar role.

ABOUT THE EMPLOYMENT:

This is a consultancy assignment, which means you will be employed by Friday. The employment extends until the turn of the year with good opportunities for extension.

• Salary: Fixed monthly salary, market-related.
