Paroc AB in Hallekis is looking for a Technical Support for Maintenance who wants to work practically with improvements and development in production. This role is perfect for you if you enjoy mechanics, problem-solving, and taking ideas all the way to a finished solution in operations.

Job Description

We are seeking a Technical Support for Maintenance who wants to work on developing production at Paroc in Hallekis. The position is based during day hours, 07:00–15:30, and involves varied and practical work focused on improvements, development, and implementation.

The role includes, among other things, working together with our process owners, where the starting point is often an identified problem in the manufacturing process, to develop the factory to reduce disruptions and improve the process. The process owner often has an idea for a solution; you take responsibility for developing a working solution and implementing it in practice.

You will also:

• Support our mechanical departments during planned stops, such as regular maintenance shutdowns where planned work is performed.
• Support our maintenance engineers in machine projects, with the opportunity to influence technical solutions and maintenance quality.
• Drive renovation projects from needs analysis to implementation, including investigating what needs to be renovated, ordering parts, planning the work, and actively participating in the renovation.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have good practical and technical competence in several of the following areas:

• Mechanics
• Welding
• Sheet metal work
• Machining
• Pneumatics
