As a Project Manager, you will lead complex system implementation projects by identifying customer needs, planning projects, and ensuring that work is carried out efficiently and productively. You will be responsible for driving projects from concept to deployment, ensuring that a security mindset permeates all project activities and that they adhere to industry regulations, defense standards, and maintain the highest level of data security and privacy. As a Project Manager, you will become part of a growing team, currently consisting of two senior project managers at the office in central Stockholm.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will lead complex projects within system implementation for the Swedish Armed Forces, from identifying customer needs to planning, monitoring, and deployment. You will be responsible for managing stakeholders, risks, budgets, and ensuring regulatory compliance and data security in a high-tech environment.

• Manage stakeholders, both internal and external, and ensure clear communication regarding project status and risks.
• Identify and manage potential risks to ensure projects stay on schedule.
• Responsible for project budgets and resource allocation to maximize efficiency and productivity.
• Participate in technical discussions, analyze problems, and lead technical decisions together with Aityr’s engineers.
• Ensure that all project activities follow industry regulations, defense standards, and maintain data security.
• Communicate technical concepts and document project status, results, and decisions.

We are looking for you who

• Have documented work experience in project management and driving technical implementation projects.
• Have an understanding of system integration and cloud platforms.
• Have experience in concretizing customer requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
• Have experience in resource planning and budget management.
• Are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, as both languages are used daily in the role.

It is meritorious if you have

• Good knowledge of risk management, regulatory compliance, and information security.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Systems Science.
• Experience with system architecture.
• Experience driving projects in early concept stages.
