Mattssons in Anderstorp is now looking for a Technical Inside Sales/Support representative. Here you will become an important part of an engaged team working closely with both customers and internal functions to ensure high customer satisfaction, delivery security, and business development.

About the role
In the role of Technical Inside Sales/Support, you work in a combined position where technical advice, inside sales, and customer support go hand in hand. You have daily contact with customers and actively work with orders, quotes, forecasts, and delivery planning.

You act as a key link between the customer, purchasing, and the sales organization, working to find the right solutions for the customer's needs. The role also involves contributing to upselling and business development by utilizing your technical understanding and knowledge of Mattssons' range of fasteners and C-items.

The work includes among other things:

• Handling orders, quotes, and customer inquiries
• Providing technical support and advice to customers
• Planning deliveries and working with forecasts
• Contacting suppliers and making simpler purchases
• Ensuring delivery precision and high customer satisfaction
• Actively working on upselling and business development
• Maintaining article and customer data in business systems

You work systematically with follow-up and planning, collaborating closely with purchasing, logistics, and sales to ensure an efficient flow from quote to delivery. Working hours are daytime, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

Your profile
We are looking for someone who is structured, solution-oriented, and business-minded. You thrive in a role with many contact surfaces where you take responsibility for both customer relationships and internal processes. You have a technical interest and enjoy diving into products, solutions, and customer needs.

We would like you to have:

• Experience in customer support, inside sales, or order handling
• Experience from industrial or technical operations
• Technical interest and preferably knowledge of technical products
• Good computer and system skills
• Experience with business systems and the Office package

You communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing. As a person, you are service-oriented, self-sufficient, and structured. You collaborate well, prioritize effectively, and maintain focus even when the pace is fast.
