About the Role

In the role of switchgear assembler, you have a key position where your technical expertise is combined with overall responsibility for production quality. You lead the workshop work on your projects and ensure that delivery takes place according to drawings, schedules, and the highest safety standards.

Your tasks will include among other things:

• Assembly of switchgear and some electrical centers
• Troubleshooting, adjustments, and problem-solving
• Conducting and documenting self-inspections

About You

We are looking for someone who thrives in a role where precision, communication, and collaboration are important parts of the work. You are structured and responsible, technically curious, and have a solution-oriented approach. You have approximately 3-5 years of experience in switchgear assembly.

We also believe you have:

• Experience with reading drawings
• An electrical engineering education, for example from high school or vocational college (YH)
• Experience with customer-adapted production or working in a flexible environment

You will join an experienced team of approximately 15–16 assemblers and 5 lead assemblers. Here, collaboration, helpfulness, and respect are highly valued. The assignment is part of our consulting operations, which means you will be employed by Corio and hired out to the client with a great opportunity for permanent placement with the client after a six-month period.
