Responsibilities

As a Cyber Security Officer, you will become a key person in the CISO function, with a clear mandate to drive and develop the organization's cybersecurity work. You work proactively and risk-based in close collaboration with both IT and the business.

Your main areas of responsibility:

• Drive Security by Design in projects, system development, and architecture.
• Conduct security audits of suppliers and third-party actors to ensure that set information security requirements are met.
• Identify, analyze, and manage security risks at strategic and operational levels.
• Lead and support in the handling of security incidents and improvement work.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, such as NIS2 and AI Act.
• Contribute to safe and responsible use of AI within the organization.
• Strengthen and develop security culture through education, communication, and behavioral change throughout the organization.

We are looking for you who

• Have several years of documented experience in qualified work within cybersecurity, with a focus on identifying, preventing, and managing security threats in complex IT environments.
• Have solid competence in network security (including firewalls and segmentation), endpoint protection (EDR/XDR), and identity and access management (IAM), with the ability to translate technology into robust security architecture.
• Have experience with cloud security in Azure and/or AWS, as well as good understanding of SIEM tools and SOC processes for monitoring, incident handling, and proactive threat detection.
• Are accustomed to working at the intersection of technology and business, and thrive on translating security requirements into practical solutions that create real business value.
• Have very good ability to communicate in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing, with experience in adapting messages to different target groups.

It is meritorious if you have

• Certifications in IT security (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CISSP).
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards (e.g., NIS, CIS, ISO 27001).
• Experience with OT security.
