ABOUT THE ROLE

As an employee at Ur&Penn, you work with both service and craftsmanship. You work with the sale of watches and jewelry, as well as simpler watch repairs, such as battery changes and shortening bracelets. We have a high pace with the customer in focus! A large part of the job involves driving daily sales through customer service and upselling.

At our store, you will also work with:

• Cash handling (sales, exchanges, returns).
• Earring/nose piercing (training provided when you start with us).
• Visual merchandising, restocking goods, and changing campaigns.
• Inventory.

The position is a permanent part-time role of 10 hours/week with a 6-month probation period, starting immediately. There is a great opportunity to work more hours and act as deputy store manager during the summer.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing.

NICE TO HAVE

• Previous work experience in retail.
• A completed upper secondary education.
• Additional language skills beyond Swedish.

THE PROCESS
