Currently, our client in Gothenburg is looking for an engaged Sea Freight Forwarder for a consulting assignment with possibilities for extension into the autumn – perfect for you who graduate in June and want to get a foot in the door and develop within the industry.

About the role

This is a full-time consulting assignment lasting from June to August. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant at the client's site. There are good opportunities for extending the assignment.

💼 Responsibilities

In this role as a Sea Freight Forwarder (Export), you will support daily operations. You will work closely with experienced forwarders and contribute to various parts of the transport flow. Your main tasks include handling bookings, registering orders in the business system, monitoring loadings, and ensuring that information is updated and correct. You will also have some contact with customers and suppliers via email, answering questions and following up on cases.

You will among other things:

• Handle and follow up on transport bookings
• Register orders and information in the business system
• Monitor loadings and ensure flows follow the plan
• Have simple contact with customers and suppliers via email

🔍 Education, experience, and personal qualities

• Ongoing or completed post-secondary education in forwarding/logistics
• LIA/Work experience in sea export is highly meritorious
• Good computer and system skills, knowledge of CargoWise is meritorious
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

To be successful in this role, you are a quick learner and driven person who quickly gets up to speed with new tasks – something that is particularly important in a consulting assignment. You have a strong desire to develop and are eager to learn more about logistics and sea freight. You are curious, solution-oriented, and thrive in an environment with a high pace where you are given responsibility. Your ability to adapt quickly and contribute to the team's common goals makes you a valuable resource throughout the assignment.
