We are looking for a driven and solution-oriented CRM developer with full-stack skills for an exciting consulting assignment in the public sector, focusing on public transport in Stockholm. The assignment runs from May 3, 2026, to May 31, 2027, with the possibility of extension.

About the Role

In this role, you will become a key person in the further development and maintenance of a business-critical state system based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM OnPrem. You will be part of a cross-functional agile team of approximately 10 people and work closely with both developers and the business. The role involves both development and participation in architecture and solution discussions, where you contribute to the overall picture in a complex and integration-heavy system landscape.

You will work within a product area responsible for digital services related to special passenger transport, with the possibility of supporting other parts of the organization's technical environment if needed.

Responsibilities

• Participate in strategic discussions regarding architecture and technical solutions
• Further develop and maintain systems built on Microsoft Dynamics CRM OnPrem
• Work with integrations between CRM and surrounding systems as well as websites
• Develop, maintain, and debug background jobs and scheduled jobs in Quartz
• Handle logging, monitoring, and debugging in the system landscape
• Plan and execute releases and manage environments (DevOps-related work)
• Actively contribute to the team's working methods, quality, and delivery capability
• Support the team broadly and contribute even outside your specialist competence if needed

Experience and Competence

• Experience in development with Microsoft Dynamics CRM OnPrem
• Full-stack competence with a good understanding of both backend and frontend
• Experience working in agile teams
• Knowledge of integration solutions in complex system landscapes
• Experience with Quartz or similar scheduling tools
• Understanding of DevOps processes, including release management and environment management
• Experience with logging, monitoring, and debugging in distributed systems
• Good communication skills in both speech and writing
