We are looking for an Anesthetist Nurse for our operating department at 80-100%

Art Clinic was founded in 1999 and is one of Sweden's leading specialist clinics. We are part of the Aleris Group and work to ensure that patients feel safe, receive high-quality care, and are treated with compassion, from the first contact to the last.

At Aleris Specialist Clinic Uppsala, we perform surgery within a range of different specialties. We receive private customers and patients via referral from the region and insurance companies.

We perform aesthetic and reconstructive plastic surgery. We also have a major collaboration with Uppsala University Hospital (UAS), as they rent operating rooms from us to reduce queues within public healthcare. UAS currently performs plastic, endocrine, bariatric, and breast surgery with us.

We offer specialist care with professional handling and personal service.

Job Responsibilities:

Standard duties for an anesthetist nurse.

The patient is always at the center, and you work to achieve good care in daily operations and contribute to continuously improving patient safety, patient interaction, and care quality in accordance with our set goals.

Working hours are during the day as agreed.

Qualifications:

You are a licensed anesthetist nurse with at least three years of work experience and are confident in your role. Experience in postoperative care from a recovery ward is a plus.

If you are challenged by combining medical nursing and service towards patients, are flexible and stress-resistant, you will thrive with us. You have a positive attitude towards collaboration and the ability to work "beyond boundaries" without hierarchy.

As a person, you are secure and confident in your role, have a positive approach, and are easy to communicate with, creating good relationships with both colleagues and patients.
