ABOUT THE POSITION

At Kura Omsorg, we are looking for you who want to work as a Personal Assistant for our client in Sollefteå. We offer a part-time position at 45%, which is initial. After a period, there is an opportunity to increase the working hours. The working hours are scheduled during the day and evening as follows:

Weekdays
07:30–17:00
15:00–19:00
15:00–21:30

Weekends
09:00–21:00
10:00–22:00

ABOUT THE CLIENT

The client lives in central Sollefteå with her family. She has many different interests, including cooking good food, fashion, beauty, watching movies, series, and going to the cinema. As a Personal Assistant, you will help her with daily tasks such as household chores, personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, transfers, and accompanying/participating in bathing and exercise.

ARE YOU THE ONE WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

Part of the disability means that the client may have difficulty finding the motivation to do things. Therefore, we are looking for you who, with humor and creativity, can encourage and motivate her when her own drive is not enough. Furthermore, we see that you are an empathetic person who pays attention to the client's needs. You are also responsible; you see what needs to be done and take initiative. Finally, the client has aids in daily life, but manual lifting is required, so applicants should not have underlying neck or back problems.

REQUIREMENTS

• Manual Category B driver's license
• Not allergic to pets

Employment percentage: 45%.

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other benefits in accordance with the collective agreement.

Due to the fact that the position may involve solo work, night work, and tasks that, according to the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations (AFS 2012:3), cannot be performed by minors, you must be at least 18 years old to work as a Personal Assistant.

If you are to work with children and young people under 18, you are required to present an extract from the criminal record. From March 1, 2026, new rules apply, meaning the register check will include both extracts from the criminal record and the suspicion register. The extract is ordered via the Police Authority's e-service. Note that processing times may vary, so it is advisable to order well in advance.
