…but if you want to be part of a company that is leading the way in circular services and believes in both individual and collective success – welcome to us!

Elis Textil Service AB offers comprehensive rental solutions for hygiene and textile services. Hundreds of thousands of workwear, carpets, drying cloths, bed, bath, and table linens circulate daily between Elis laundries and customers within healthcare, industry, retail, cleanrooms, hotels, and restaurants. Through logistics and textile care, the use of each garment and textile is optimized, and the need for new production is minimized. This is an approach that paves the way for the circular transition, a model Elis has worked according to for over 75 years.

Elis Textil Service AB is part of the listed French company Elis SA, with nearly 435 laundries and over 57,000 employees in 31 countries across Europe, Asia, and Latin America. In 2025, the group turnover was 46 billion SEK.

In Sweden, we have 21 laundries, 1,800 employees, and a turnover of 2.6 billion SEK. Our headquarters are in Malmö, with facilities from Limhamn in the south to Luleå in the north.

We are one of Sweden's 500 largest companies and have been named by Karriärföretagen as one of Sweden's most attractive employers for the third year in a row!

About the Role

This is a key role with significant mandate. You are responsible for driving, developing, and optimizing our CRM and related applications, with a focus on creating business value and efficient ways of working.

You lead our CRM transformation, from requirements gathering to implementation, and ensure that the solution supports both the business and the users. The role involves close collaboration with operations, management, and at the group level.

This role is part of the IT Nordics organization (Sweden, Norway, and Finland), which means you will have close contact with the operations in Sweden, Norway, and Finland.

The Elis Group has chosen to implement SalesForce (which we call eForce within Elis) as a global CRM tool. Several of the 31 countries included in the Elis Group have already implemented eForce.

In Norway, the final stages of implementing eForce are currently underway, as one of the first countries in Nordics. In Sweden and Finland, we currently use the CRM system Lime, but we will also implement SalesForce (eForce) in the coming years.

You will report to the IT Director Nordics, Maria Bohrnertz.

Your Main Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the administration of systems and applications within the Sales & Marketing area used both within Elis as well as at regional and national levels (e.g., eContract, tools for "quotes and contracts", etc.). I.e., act as portfolio manager.
  • Administration of CRM and related applications
  • Act as a requirements specifier and project manager in connection with system changes
  • Lead and be responsible for the implementation and introduction of a new CRM platform (SalesForce), including driving the implementation of Elis's management model (core operating model) in Nordics together with the group.
  • Act as a bridge between IT and operations (primarily Sales & Marketing)
  • Ensure high data quality, clear structure, and good user experience
  • Identify areas for improvement and drive digital development
  • Take overall responsibility for projects and ensure efficient project management

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is driving, communicative, and open to change, with the ability to build trust and lead initiatives forward.

You have:

  • Experience working in CRM systems. Preferably SalesForce and Lime.
  • Documented experience in project management, change management, and system implementation
  • Ability to work at the intersection of operations and technology
  • Strong communication skills in speech, writing, and presentation
  • A structured working method and high self-drive
  • Very good knowledge of English, both spoken and written

Requirement: B driving license (travel occurs, approx. 2–5 days/month within the Nordics, but also travel to other countries within the group)

Desirable Experience

  • CRM implementation or system change
  • Project management
  • Data modeling and integrations
  • Marketing automation

What We Offer

  • A strategic key role with significant influence
  • Opportunity to shape and develop our CRM and application portfolio
  • An international environment with a strong focus on innovation and development
  • A company that prioritizes sustainability, quality, and customer experience

Why Choose Us?

We are a forward-looking company with high ambitions in both sustainability and customer service. In the coming years, we will specifically focus on strengthening our customer experience – and here you will become an important part of the journey.
