About the role ⚡
Do you want to work in a role where every call can take you to a new destination? Here you can combine customer service with a genuine interest in travel. In this position, you will help customers plan and book their train journeys in a smooth and secure way – from the first question to the final ticket. You will become part of a close-knit team that works closely together and values collaboration just as much as individual freedom.
You will:
- Receive incoming customer calls and address customer needs with professionalism and engagement
- Provide personalized service and guidance by helping customers plan and book their trips
- Work with administrative tasks such as email, chat, and case management
- Work towards set goals and receive ongoing support and feedback from your manager

Previous experience in service and train booking is an advantage, but not a requirement – we give you the tools to succeed!
Requirements for the role
- Fluency in Swedish, both spoken and written
- Good knowledge of English
- Good computer skills
- Completed upper secondary education

- Start: As agreed
- Employment type: We initially offer employment based on need, with good opportunities for permanent employment for the right person.
- Working hours: 07:00–18:00 weekdays, weekends, and public holidays
