We are currently looking for you who want to become part of our lovely team and work as a personal assistant!

What does this role entail?

The client is a man in his 50s who needs help with all aspects of his daily life, including personal hygiene, cooking, laundry/cleaning, and activities.

We would like you to be social and appreciate the small things in life, such as music, board games, and solving crosswords, as these are things the client enjoys himself.

The client also appreciates being outdoors when the weather permits, whether for a walk or sitting on the balcony on a warm summer day, where he has space to socialize with friends and family.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who is engaged and respectful. We would like you to have great patience and the ability to be personal while acting professionally. To work together with me, I would like you as an assistant to be sensitive, secure, and calm, preferably with a good sense of humor.

We would like you to:

• not be a smoker and not use perfume during working hours.
• be able to understand and communicate in Swedish.
• be able to work flexible hours – day, evening, night, and weekends.
• have experience or education within care and elderly care (a plus, but not a requirement).

Additional Information

Employment Type: On-demand staff

Scope: On-demand substitutes who can step in when regular staff is absent.

Working Hours: Day, evening, night, and weekends.

Start Date: As soon as possible.

We apply individual salary setting and have a collective agreement. Interviews are conducted continuously, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Great importance will be placed on personal suitability.

If you are not a citizen of Sweden, the EU, EEA, or Switzerland, you must be able to prove that you have a valid work permit or are exempt from the obligation to have a work permit. Employment can only take place after verification of the work permit, as required by the Aliens Ordinance.
