About the role

As a Customer Service Administrator, you are responsible for incoming customer cases via phone and email, with a focus on the company's consumer contracts. The work covers the entire contract process from registration, invoicing to changes and cancellations. A large part of the role involves switching between customer dialogue and administrative tasks, where you handle multiple cases in parallel and prioritize based on inflow.

We are looking for you

You thrive in a role with a high pace and varied tasks. You have good system proficiency and feel comfortable working in multiple systems simultaneously. You are communicative, detail-oriented, and have the ability to create structure in your work even when the pace is high. As a person, you are curious, responsible, and proactive, with a solution-oriented approach and a desire to develop in your role.

Experience in administrative work or customer service is meritorious, as is familiarity with business systems, especially IFS, and Office 365.

Practical information

  • Location: Stockholm
  • Start date: According to agreement
  • Working hours: Full-time, Monday - Friday 07:15-16:00
  • Duration: Fixed-term employment until 31/12/2026 via Workz, with good prospects for continuation and further employment. The position requires that you can work during weeks 28–31.
