About the role

As an ICT Student/Intern, you will support the Nordic ICT organization in daily IT operations, documentation, and user support. This assignment offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in corporate IT within a regulated pharmaceutical environment, while working on-site in an international setting where English is the official corporate language.

Responsibilities

This role involves supporting daily IT operations, user support, documentation, and regulatory compliance activities within a regulated pharmaceutical environment. Your main areas of responsibility will include:

• Providing support to users for basic IT issues and forwarding cases to the appropriate ICT support team.
• Preparing and quality-assuring IT checklists by following step-by-step instructions for account configuration and device inventory.
• Updating lists, documents, and folders as needed to reflect changes.
• Assisting in simpler projects, needs, initiatives, and regulatory compliance tasks by following established guidelines.
• Supporting ongoing administrative and documentation-related tasks.
• Coordinating with the Nordic ICT Lead to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
• Performing administrative tasks and working according to SOPs.

We are looking for someone who

• Is currently studying at the bachelor's or master's level in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Has a basic understanding of IT concepts (users, devices, systems, cloud services).
• Is comfortable working in Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint).
• Is structured, reliable, proactive, and willing to learn.
• Has very good command of English, both spoken and written.

It is an advantage if you have

• Very good command of Swedish, both spoken and written.
