About the role

As the Sustainability and Quality Manager, you have overall responsibility for developing and integrating the company's quality and sustainability work into the business. Your mission is to ensure that this work becomes a value-creating part of the operations that strengthens efficiency, quality, and long-term growth.

You are responsible for the company's work within quality management, risk management, internal control, and sustainability governance, including reporting according to CSRD. The focus is not solely on compliance, but on developing structures, processes, and ways of working that contribute to better decision-making, goal achievement, and continuous improvement.

The role is both strategic and operational. You drive development while working closely with management, business areas, and operational teams, playing a central role in the company's development journey.

Your mission

• Drive and develop quality and sustainability work with a clear link to business goals, strategy, and societal mission.
• Ensure that processes, ways of working, and governance support efficiency, quality, profitability, and long-term value creation.
• Develop and monitor KPIs that measure business benefit, customer value, sustainable performance, and operational development.
• Be responsible for management systems, audits, and compliance – with a focus on practical utility and improvement.
• Support the organization in change and improvement work.
• Serve as an internal advisor on matters concerning quality, sustainability, risk, and business development.
• Contribute to strengthening the company's position towards customers, partners, and other stakeholders.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who sees quality and sustainability as business drivers, not just as control functions. You have the ability to connect strategy, governance, and culture with concrete results in operations and thrive in a role where you influence strategically and make things happen in practice.

You have experience in quality and/or sustainability work in a business-oriented environment and are accustomed to working with management systems and improvement work. You are analytical, structured, and have a good holistic view, while also being communicative, building trust, and creating engagement within the organization.

As a person, you are secure, driving, and engaging, with the ability to translate goals and requirements into concrete results and long-term improvements.

Qualifications

• Relevant university degree or equivalent experience.
• Several years of experience in quality, sustainability, risk, or internal control.
• Experience working close to operations with process development and improvement work.
• Good understanding of management systems, audits, and governance.
• Experience in change and development work.
• Knowledge in sustainability work and reporting, preferably according to CSRD.
• Very good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing.

Meritorious

• Experience from the public sector or politically governed organization.
• Experience from the real estate industry or urban development.
• Competence in project management, facilitation, or process methodology.
• Knowledge in real estate economics.
