About the role Apotea's logistics center in Morgongåva is now looking for an HR Generalist. This is a role for you who has several years of experience in qualified HR work, is confident in employment law and management support, and thrives best in a business-close daily routine where you can combine structure, operational support, and execution power.

As an HR Generalist, you are responsible for educating, guiding, and supporting the organization's managers in the daily operational activities. You ensure that guidelines, policies, and legislation in the HR area are followed, while also contributing to developing working methods, strengthening the culture, and creating good conditions for managers and employees.

You work closely with the logistics manager and logistics leadership in Morgongåva and drive the HR work proactively, operationally close, and in line with Apotea's overall direction and HR principles.

In the role, you are responsible for:

• Ensuring that HR work in Morgongåva functions flexibly, professionally, and close to the business
• Implementing guidelines and working methods through training initiatives, support, and follow-up
• Providing qualified support to managers in personnel matters and operational HR cases
• Updating and administering HR routines and policies

We are looking for someone who has

• An academic degree in behavioral science, personnel science, or equivalent
• At least five years of experience independently driving HR processes in an operational role
• Documented experience of qualified HR support to managers
• Very good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing
• Good knowledge of the Office package

• Comfortable in an environment where the pace is sometimes high and where HR needs to be both pragmatic and business-close
