Your role at Iver
We are looking for an experienced Network Technician with strong networking skills to join our Financial Services and Fintech vertical at Iver. In this role, you will work with the operations, maintenance, and development of our customers' IT environments, with a focus on network infrastructure. You will be a key person in ensuring high availability, stability, and security. The position involves both operational and strategic work, giving you the opportunity to influence and improve our customers' IT environments.

You will be part of a customer team responsible for service delivery for some of our customers. We work in areas such as architecture, projects, and operations/management of our customers' infrastructure and networks. Our customers are often large Nordic companies, fintechs, startups, or authorities with high demands for information security and cutting-edge technical solutions. Some of them operate critical societal functions.

Examples of responsibilities:

• Ordering, troubleshooting, and problem-solving within networking and Wi-Fi.
• Monitoring and optimizing network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, firewalls, switches, VPN).
• Security work, including patch management and intrusion protection.
• Documentation and improvement of IT processes.

Who are we looking for?
To succeed in the role, we see that you have at least five years of experience in networking, preferably in larger and more complex environments. You have a strong technical interest and social engagement, and thrive both in teams and when taking individual responsibility.

You are fluent in Swedish and English, both in speech and writing. Furthermore, you are motivated by working in a high-performing team where you get to develop and improve cutting-edge technical solutions.

It is meritorious if you have certification in Fortigate as well as experience from working in security-classified operations or within the banking or fintech industry.

Location: Iver is present in 23 locations in the Nordics. For this role, we see that you are based at our headquarters in Solna.
