We are growing and now looking for a new star for our support team in Linköping.
About the role
As a support employee, you are the company's voice to the outside world and a reliable partner for our users. Our web-based platform includes everything from scheduling and time reporting to accounting and complete payroll functions.
We believe in personal contact, clear communication, and a really good user experience. Above all, we believe in our employees; they are the ones who make a difference every day. You:
Provide guidance and problem-solving via phone and email
Conduct training sessions and introduce new customers to the system
Contribute feedback to our product development
Help shape the future of support together with the team.
Training sessions with customers are held via Google Meet and take place in both Swedish and English. This is a job for you who want to develop in a tech-driven environment with lots of customer contact, but also for you who like to have fun at work. Daily laughter guarantee included!
We are looking for you who
Have a natural drive and take responsibility throughout the process
Communicate clearly, warmly, and pedagogically, both verbally and in writing
Are curious, solution-oriented, and love learning new things
Have experience working in or related to retail
Have experience in personnel planning, payroll management, and/or accounting
Are a team player who enjoys collaborating and contributing to a good atmosphere.

Scope: Full-time
Employment type: Permanent with a 6-month probation period
Salary: Fixed monthly salary
Start: Autumn 2026 or according to agreement
