Our client is in a development phase of their security protection work, focusing on systematically managing the exposure of security-sensitive operations. We are looking for a senior consultant who will play a key role in shaping and strengthening the security landscape.

About the role

Our client is in a development phase within security protection, with a focus on establishing a systematic and long-term approach.

We are now seeking a senior consultant who can take overall responsibility for the area of exposure of security-sensitive operations, with a particular focus on how the operations collaborate with external actors such as suppliers, contractors, and partners.

In this role, you will be employed by Academic Work and work on assignment at our client's site. The assignment duration is approximately 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Conduct GAP analyses regarding the exposure of security-sensitive operations.
• Responsible for planning, establishing, coordinating, and following up on processes related to the exposure of security-sensitive operations.
• Develop and further develop governing documents, routines, and working methods within the area.
• Support the work with the creation and annual revision of the Security Protection Analysis (SSA), with a focus on exposure and supplier management.
• Implement and follow up on measures from the SSA and ensure compliance in the supplier chain.
• Act as the operational responsible person and investigative resource in matters related to the exposure of security-sensitive operations.
• Provide support during internal controls and audits within the security protection area.
• Participate in dialogue with internal buyers and external parties regarding security protection agreements and requirement setting.

We are looking for someone who

• Has several years of experience working with security protection according to current legislation.
• Has advanced knowledge of security protection legislation.
• Has good knowledge of Security Protection Analysis (SSA) and work related to the Security Protection Plan (SSP).
• Has experience conducting GAP analyses within security protection or a related field.
• Has experience with internal control, audits, or follow-up of security-related processes.
• Has experience in process development and establishing governing documents, routines, and working methods.
• Has very good ability to create, structure, and handle documentation in complex environments.
• Has experience working with external parties, suppliers, or contractors in security-related matters.

It is an advantage if you have

• Experience with Security Protection Agreements (SSÖK).
• Experience in negotiation, preferably in connection with supplier dialogues or agreements within security protection.
• Experience from socially important operations, such as the energy or infrastructure sectors.
