About the Role ⚡

Do you want to work in a role where every call can take you to a new destination? Here you can combine customer service with a genuine interest in travel. In this position, you will help customers plan and book their train journeys in a smooth and secure way – from the first question to the final ticket. You will become part of a close-knit team that works closely together and values collaboration just as much as individual freedom.

You will:

  • Receive incoming customer calls and address customer needs with professionalism and engagement
  • Provide personalized service and guidance by helping customers plan and book their trips
  • Handle administrative tasks such as email, chat, and case management
  • Work towards set goals and receive ongoing support and feedback from your manager

Previous experience in service and train booking is an advantage, but not a requirement – we give you the tools to succeed!

Requirements for the Role

  • Fluency in Swedish in both speech and writing
  • Good knowledge of English
  • Good computer skills
  • Completed upper secondary education

Employment Type and Start Date 🌞

  • Start: As agreed
  • Employment Type: We initially offer employment based on need, with good opportunities for permanent employment for the right person.
  • Working Hours: 07:00-18:00 weekdays, weekends, and public holidays
