About the role
As a Customer Service Representative at JURA, you play a central role in supporting both the company and its customers. Your tasks include handling incoming cases with a focus on fast and effective solutions, ranging from simple questions to technical issues, order inquiries, deliveries, and complaints. The role also involves advisory and information support, as well as the opportunity to identify relevant sales opportunities.

Main responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming customer cases via phone, email, and as needed, in-person and digital meetings.
  • Document and process cases in business systems and service modules, and follow up on machine status and service.
  • Collaborate with colleagues in support, sales, and technical teams to ensure correct customer handling.
  • Participate in onboarding, training, and product introductions, as well as demonstration and presentation activities in the JURA live studio.
  • Contribute ideas and actively engage in development work to improve and digitize processes.

We are looking for you who
Has a solution-oriented and analytical approach, as well as a curious attitude with a willingness to contribute to continuous improvement and development. It is important to communicate clearly and build good relationships, both internally within the team and externally with customers. The employee is expected to be stable and structured in their work and represent the company well during customer contact.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
  • Clean background check.

Merits

  • Experience with complaints, returns handling, or consumer purchases.
  • Knowledge of other Nordic languages (preferably Finnish and/or Norwegian).
  • Experience with business systems, CRM, or similar tools.
  • Previous experience in customer-oriented advisory and product presentations.

Practical information
Employment type: Full-time, permanent with an initial 6-month probationary period.
Working hours: 40 hours/week, Monday–Friday 08:00–17:00 (lunch break 12:00–13:00).
Salary: Individual salary setting according to collective agreement.
Start date: According to agreement.
Location: Hammarby kaj 14, 120 30 Stockholm.
