Responsibilities

In this role, you will among other things:

  • Receive and handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Provide clear and professional advice tailored to the customer's needs
  • Follow up on cases and actively work to exceed customer expectations
  • Register and administer cases
  • Collaborate with colleagues in different parts of the organization to find the best solution
  • Contribute ideas on how we can improve our working methods and processes
  • Ensure that work is carried out according to our guidelines and quality requirements
Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is confident in communication and expresses themselves well both verbally and in writing
  • Has experience in customer support or service, preferably in a similar role
  • Has a solution-focused approach and thrives in a dynamic environment
  • Puts the customer at the center and has a professional attitude
  • Is organized and has good administrative skills
  • Enjoys collaboration but is also self-sufficient when needed

Start Date: Immediately
Location: Stockholm
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: Individual salary setting according to collective agreement (Unionen)
