In the role of Production Technician within the aluminum department, you are responsible for manufacturing the external components of high-quality window systems. The work involves processing and refining aluminum profiles that form the weather-resistant exterior of the product. You will work in a modern manufacturing environment where the focus is on combining sustainable metal technology with precision. The role is a combination of machine operation and manual assembly, where the final result requires a perfect balance between technical function and aesthetic finish.

Responsibilities

• Efficient Production: Processing and cutting of profiles with a high focus on productivity and flow.
• Communication & Instruction: Absorb and follow detailed manuals and drawings in Swedish to ensure correct execution.
• Active Contribution: Participate in daily improvement work and show drive in optimizing work processes in the department.
• Quality Responsibility: Perform thorough checks of materials and dimensions to ensure that the requirements for the tight system are met.
• Collaboration: Function as a proactive team player who helps colleagues keep to schedules through clear communication.

Qualifications

• Professional Experience: Previous experience from industrial production, metalworking, or window manufacturing is highly meritorious.
• Technical Competence: Good familiarity with reading technical drawings and working according to exact measurements.
• Tool Proficiency: Experience in handling band saws, punching machines, and hand tools in a safe and efficient manner.
• Quality Focus: A pronounced eye for detail and a willingness to always deliver products with a high surface finish.
• Teamwork: Ability to collaborate closely with other departments to maintain a smooth production flow.
• Language Requirements: You master the Swedish language fluently in both speech and writing. This is an absolute requirement to be able to interpret technical documentation and communicate effectively within the team.
