Do you want to lead one of the region's most outstanding food destinations within catering and in-store prepared meals? We are now looking for a driven and business-oriented Sales Manager for Catering who wants to take overall responsibility for our expanding and modern food operations.

That is why we are looking for you who want to help develop our offering even further and create food experiences that exceed customer expectations.
🫒 About the Role
As Sales Manager for Catering, you have overall responsibility for our entire food production and sales within:
- Catering
- Hot Food
- Food Bar
- Daily Meals
- Weekend Boxes
You lead, plan, and develop the business with a focus on profitability, quality, and customer experience. The role involves both operational work in the kitchen and strategic responsibility for assortment, campaigns, and concept development.
🫒 Your Main Responsibilities
In your daily work, you are responsible for leading and coaching the team while ensuring efficient production with high quality. You drive sales forward and actively work on developing attractive offers that meet customer needs. An important part of the role is working on assortment development based on season and current trends, while also handling orders, costing, and monitoring key figures. You also ensure inspiring product displays in the store and that all routines regarding food safety and hygiene are strictly followed.

Want to drive change and have experience in a leadership role within restaurants, large-scale kitchens, or retail, with a genuine interest in food, trends, and modern concepts. You are business-driven and have a good understanding of sales and profitability, while being structured, solution-oriented, and thriving in a fast-paced environment. As a person, you are a clear and engaged leader who motivates and develops your team, and you have the ability to combine creativity with an efficient working style. You have previous experience with Min Butik, ICA Måltid, or similar computer programs.

The position is approximately 28–35 hours/week, weekends may be required, start ASAP. Salary according to agreement. The store's opening hours are 07:00–21:00 every day. Our selection is ongoing, so please submit your application as soon as possible.
