As an employee in the wood department, you help create the core of our window systems. The work involves processing and assembling wooden frames, where precision is crucial for the final product's function and lifespan.

Responsibilities

• Processing & Assembly: Cutting, planing, and assembling wooden components based on technical drawings.
• Quality Control: Meticulous inspection of timber quality and dimensional accuracy to ensure every part meets our high standards.
• Drawing Interpretation: Interpreting complex manufacturing documents in Swedish to produce customized solutions.
• Material Care: Ensuring the correct wood species are handled properly throughout the production chain to minimize waste.
• Collaboration: Contributing to a good atmosphere and efficient flow through proactive communication with other production departments.

Qualifications

• Wood Knowledge: You have a solid understanding of wood as a material. You know how it should be handled and processed for the best results.
• Background: We prefer that you have completed the Construction and Facility program (specializing in house construction or carpentry) at high school, or have equivalent work experience from the wood industry or construction craftsmanship.
• Language Requirements: You speak and write Swedish fluently. This is a requirement to read construction drawings, follow safety regulations, and communicate with your colleagues.
• Personal Drive: You are a person who thrives working at a high pace, takes initiative, and ensures the workday flows efficiently.
• Technical Skill: You are accustomed to handling hand tools and stationary wood processing machines.
