We are looking for an experienced HR Partner/Consultant for an upcoming assignment.

This is a key role where you will work closely with the business on a day-to-day basis while contributing a long-term, strategic perspective. This assignment is ideal for you if you thrive in a dynamic environment where you get to build, develop, and create structures that stand the test of time.

About the role
As an HR Partner, you will work broadly within the HR field. You will support managers with operational issues while driving and developing processes, routines, and ways of working that strengthen the organization in the long term. You will become a key player in change management and contribute to creating a sustainable and well-functioning HR structure.

We are looking for someone who
has several years of experience in qualified HR work, preferably in a business-facing role where you are comfortable navigating between operational issues and strategic perspectives. You have a relevant higher education degree in HR, Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent, and feel confident in areas such as employment law, working environment, and change management. Creating, developing, and implementing routines and processes is something you do with both structure and self-confidence.

As a person, you work independently and structured with a clear focus on results. You have a natural ability to build trusting relationships and communicate in a way that creates engagement and clarity. You are driven by contributing to workplaces where openness, respect, and development are at the center.

You are empathetic and receptive, yet unpretentious and brave enough to challenge when necessary. Handling difficult conversations and driving change is not seen as a hindrance but as a natural part of your work, which you handle in a constructive and professional manner.
