Job Description

Responsibilities

In the role of Requirements Lead, you work in close collaboration with business architects and process managers to coordinate and drive the work of capturing a comprehensive requirements picture.

We see that you are accustomed to working with complex, rule-regulated business projects and have extensive experience in setting up structure in requirements tools. You are an experienced workshop facilitator with a good ability to engage all stakeholders, and you feel confident documenting and communicating in a manageable and practical way. We see that through your experience, you can contribute methodological support to the business in needs collection.

You will support the business in identifying, formulating, documenting, and quality-assuring requirements that ensure a complete set of both functional and non-functional requirements.

You will ensure that the requirements are traceable, quality-assured, and effectively communicated between the business, project management, and suppliers.

You are accustomed to identifying, analyzing, describing, and quality-assuring requirements for systems, processes, or services. The role is intended to function as a bridge between the business and IT, ensuring that what is developed corresponds to real needs.

• Map and analyze the business's needs related to quality and security requirements.
• Identify and formulate non-functional requirements based on standards, legal requirements, and business goals (e.g., ISO 25010, ISO 27001, WCAG, GDPR).
• Create structure in requirements tools and populate them with requirements documentation that can be traced throughout development, testing, and production.
• Ensure clear acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with technical specialists, architects, and business representatives to ensure correct and realizable requirements.
• Collaborate with the test team to ensure good verification principles.

Requirements

1. University/college education in systems science, informatics, or engineering in electrical/data or equivalent education.
2. At least 10 years of experience in requirements analysis and management, including work with both functional and non-functional requirements in an agile development environment.
3. At least 5 years of professional experience in requirements definition in business projects with significant elements of regulatory compliance.
4. At least 10 years of experience working with relevant standards where one of WCAG, OWASP, ITIL, ISO 25010 has been included.
5. At least 10 years of experience facilitating workshops and gathering requirements from both business and technology.
6. At least 3 years of experience creating and documenting workflows and processes, as well as configuring requirements tools (e.g., ADOS, JIRA) to create traceability.
7. Good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in English.

Merits

1. Certification in requirements analysis (e.g., REQB, IREB, BABOK/CBAP). Certificate must be attached to fulfill the requirement.
2. At least 2 years of experience working with business requirements within the area of Power System Balancing.
3. At least 6 years of experience working in government or public sector organizations.
