About the role

Our technical service can be compared to customer service, meaning you will help our customers at the Warehouse Shop with returns, service cases, and complaints. Since you are the face of the company, you need to be service-oriented and passionate about providing customers with the best service together with your colleagues at the Warehouse Shop. Other tasks such as sales, cash register duties, and stock handling are also included, although your focus will be on technical service.

You don't need to be a tech pro, but curiosity and a desire to learn more about our products are important. You will also have the opportunity to develop skills in troubleshooting the products you handle. So, we offer exciting work together with a fantastic team at the Warehouse Shop.

Who are we looking for?

• Work experience in service roles and/or retail sales.
• Experience with handling complaints is a plus.
• Interest in learning about our products.
• Good language skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• You must be at least 18 years old to work with us.

You are a calm person who is driven by the desire to get things done with good results. Your friends describe you as organized and responsible, and as someone who always asks "how can I help?" even when the pace is fast. The work is done together with colleagues at the Warehouse Shop, and helping each other solve daily tasks is second nature to you. As a person, you are positive and contribute to a great team spirit.
