Gränsö Slott, the most beautiful workplace on the east coast, is looking for an experienced waiter/waitress for our à la carte restaurant.

Gränsö Slott is a family-owned establishment featuring a hotel, spa, and a large restaurant hosting fine dining, events, weddings, parties, and conferences.

We continuously reinvest in our operations. Over the past year, we have built an entirely new, large kitchen and breakfast room to deliver an even better dining experience to our guests.

We want to expand our service team with an experienced server who has good knowledge of drinks, food, and service. We are looking for you who love meeting with guests. You should be a good communicator and people person, driven by upselling, and always eager to deliver that little extra that guests might not expect.

You are a good colleague who enjoys working in a team; we help and support each other as a matter of course. You are meticulous, notice details, and are a confident person who can take on leadership roles when needed. You are responsible and take your work very seriously.

The position is permanent, 80–100%, with shifts primarily in the evenings and on weekends, combined with daytime hours for conferences, events, and lobby bar service.
