RESPONSIBILITIES

We are now looking for a registered nurse who wants to work with the target group of disabilities as well as social psychiatry. Are you a person who is passionate about providing high-quality care and who values good cooperation with colleagues? Then you might be the one we are looking for. With us, your contribution makes a real difference.

As a nurse, you have a central role in ensuring the well-being of our service users. You have a care responsibility where your tasks include performing health and medical care interventions and supervising care work. You work preventively to promote the health and well-being of the users, and are responsible for medical assessments, documentation, and planning.

You have close cooperation with care staff at the units but also in the team with managers, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and administrators. You have a great responsibility to constantly contribute to the development and quality of the business where you cooperate in the team. You are based in central Tierp and share an office with two nurse colleagues. In the same corridor sit other professions that are part of the team.

The working hours are scheduled and involve mostly daytime but also evening and weekend shifts where you together with a colleague have a larger area to be responsible for within the entire healthcare and social care. Currently, you do approx. 2 weekends on an 8-week schedule and approx. 4 evening shifts.

Interviews will take place continuously and appointment may be made before the recruitment period has ended.

QUALIFICATIONS

Requirement that you are a registered nurse and have a B driver's license. You have experience with the target group within the LSS area.

You have the ability to work with other people; to listen, show empathy, and respect. You are unpretentious and notice and reward others' contributions.

You have a good ability to build relationships and work motivationally towards the target group, LSS.

Meritorious: If you are a district nurse or have other relevant further education. It is also meritorious if you have experience from psychiatry.
