INVID has worked with business systems for over 20 years and possesses strong competence in business processes, implementations, and digital business development. We are now strengthening our offering within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and are looking for a Team Leader who wants to lead the development of our Business Central team.

Here, you will have the opportunity to combine a consultant role with leadership and business development in an established business area with extensive experience in business systems.

As Team Leader for Business Central, you are responsible for developing the team and ensuring that our customer projects are delivered with high quality and create real business value.

In this role, you combine leadership, consulting work, and business development. You work closely with both customers and colleagues and are a key part of further developing our offering within Business Central.

Your main areas of responsibility include:

• Lead and develop the team of Business Central consultants
• Ensure quality, structure, and efficiency in deliveries and projects
• Participate in the business area's steering group and contribute to strategic development
• Plan and monitor the team's resources, deliveries, and results
• Work closely with customers in implementation projects, advisory, and solution design
• Develop and further develop our offering within Business Central
• Contribute to presales and business development together with the sales organization
• Identify new opportunities within Microsoft's ecosystem and partnerships

You will also be involved in developing the team's competence, working methods, and offering moving forward.

• Several years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or NAV
• Experience with implementations of business systems
• Good understanding of business processes within areas such as finance, trade, production, or logistics
• Experience working in a consultant role and close to the customer's business

Requirements for the role

• Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or NAV
• Good communication skills in Swedish, both oral and written
• Valid driver's license (Category B), as travel for work purposes occurs
