About the Role

As a Sales Manager, you have overall responsibility for your departments – both in operations and results. The role is clearly leadership-focused, and you work closely with your team in everyday operations.

You are responsible for:

• Leading, coaching, and developing your team in daily operations
• Creating structure, clarity, and security in working methods and routines
• Ensuring an inspiring, sales-driven, and well-stocked department
• Driving sales, profitability, and efficiency
• Actively working with the follow-up of key figures such as sales, margin, and shrinkage
• Contributing to the store's overall goals, strategies, and development

You are an present leader who builds team spirit, sets demands, and helps people grow. Through your leadership, you create both results and engagement.

You work closely with the Business Area Manager and Operations Manager, and are an important part of the store's operations team where you jointly drive development and improvement.

Working Hours

Full-time

Working hours vary during weekdays and weekends

Weekend shifts are included, approx. 1 weekend per month (rotating schedule)
