ABOUT THE ROLE As a Case Handler, you work with customer service and administration related to our dealers. You have an advisory role where you answer questions about our products via phone and email, as well as guide dealers through our systems.
The role involves troubleshooting, finding solutions, and contributing to a smooth daily routine for our customers. You also handle administration related to, for example, car returns, permissions, as well as economic-related questions and transactions.
WHO ARE YOU? We are looking for someone who thrives in a service-oriented role with many contact points and enjoys problem-solving. You are relationship-building, communicative, and have a natural ability to build trust in dialogues with customers and dealers. You work in a structured manner, are meticulous, and have a clear focus on delivering quality in your work. At the same time, you are goal-oriented and accustomed to driving your work forward independently. Experience from the automotive industry is appreciated and will benefit your well-being and success in the role.
We would like you to have:
Upper secondary education (post-secondary education is meritorious).
Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
Good computer and system skills.
It is meritorious if you have at least 3 years of experience in administration, economics, or customer service, as well as customer contact via phone and digital channels. Post-secondary education in economics or administration is seen as an advantage, as is experience with credit and finance issues or work within the automotive industry.
