Mister York is looking for new leaders for Stockholm Sveavägen

Mister York is a growing burger chain challenging the industry by offering what we call the new generation of fast food. We believe that a burger made from quality ingredients shouldn't cost a fortune, nor should it take long to get it in your hand.

Mister York served its first burger in the summer of 2020 from a food truck. Today, we are opening full-scale fast-food restaurants while continuing to develop our smaller container units. Mister York has been named Sweden's best burger chain for three consecutive years by BurgerDudes, something we are very proud of!

What does the role of Shift Leader at Mister York entail? A Shift Leader is responsible for ensuring that daily operations are run according to Mister York's procedures to achieve set KPIs and that the restaurant meets established sales forecasts during the shift. Together with Managers and other Shift Leaders, you are part of the restaurant's management team.

As a Shift Leader, you lead the shift where you are responsible for the entire restaurant's operations. Your responsibilities include the following:

• Lead the shift through responsibility, participation, and delegation of tasks.
• Regular reporting to the Manager.
• Spread energy and joy to employees, who then pass this on to the guests.
• Coaching of employees.
• Receive and check deliveries from suppliers.
• Purchasing of goods.
• Training of new employees.
• Responsibility for self-control programs, checklists, and ensuring procedures are followed.

A Shift Leader has full responsibility for the unit's results during their supervised shift. The results include customer satisfaction, wait times, cleanliness, and quality.

THE POSITION

Employment type: Probationary employment

Scope of employment: 70–100%

Start date: By agreement

Salary: Hourly wage

Working hours: Variable; day, evening, and weekends.

Mister York is covered by a collective agreement.
