Your new role

We are currently looking for an IT Security Coordinator for our client. The role involves providing expert support, guidance, and advice regarding IT security, as well as contributing to the development and optimization of the organization's security work.

The organization is responsible for customer-related operations in several Nordic markets and has its own security function with both group-wide and local requirements. Ensuring compliance with these requirements is crucial for the business's success.

You will work with driving and coordinating activities within two central areas:

• Handling of audit deviations related to ISO 27001, including planning and follow-up of measures to ensure compliance and minimize risks.

• Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and Business Continuity Planning (BCP), where the organization is conducting these processes in a new way this year, creating an increased need for structure, coordination, and follow-up.

You are responsible for:

• Identifying necessary activities and relevant stakeholders

• Planning, initiating, and following up on implementation

• Ensuring progress and quality in deliveries

• Flagging deviations and risks in a timely manner

• Supporting the business in the implementation of activities

The work is carried out in close collaboration with different parts of the organization, where you act as an enabler and driving force.

Scope of assignment: Full-time, 100%
Employment type: Fixed-term employment as a consultant via JobBusters.
Work model: Hybrid, possibility of remote work approx. 2 days a week.
Start: According to agreement
End: 2026-10-31, with possibility of extension

To be successful in this role, you need

• Experience in security-related project management or team leadership

• Knowledge of and/or experience with ISO 27001

• Understanding of the implementation of IT security controls

• Experience with Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and/or Business Impact Analysis (BIA)

• Fluent in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing

• Experience working independently and structured in complex environments, and the ability to quickly adapt to new challenges.
