Delivery Receiver – Construction Project in Lund

Bygglogistikstandard (BLS) is now looking for a Delivery Receiver for an exciting construction project in Lund. You will become an important part of the logistics team and work closely with the logistics coordinator in your daily tasks. This is a full-time position.

About the Role

As a Delivery Receiver, you have a central and operational role on the production site. You are responsible for receiving and directing deliveries so that work at the construction site can proceed smoothly, safely, and efficiently.

You are often the first point of contact on-site for drivers and contribute to creating structure and clarity in the project's logistics flows.

Your Responsibilities (Overview)

• Receive and register deliveries to the construction site
• Check that transports are booked correctly according to procedures
• Guide drivers and direct them to the correct unloading area
• Coordinate with contractors prior to deliveries
• Contribute to order and tidiness on transport routes
• Follow up on deliveries and report deviations
• Support the logistics coordinator in daily logistics work

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of Swedish and English (required)
• We place greater emphasis on the right person and attitude than on long experience. You might, for example, have recently completed upper secondary education in construction, logistics, or similar

Other Information

The position is a full-time role performed entirely on-site. Working hours are weekdays between 07:00–16:00, depending on the project's needs.
