Responsibilities:

• Provide fast and professional service via phone, email, and chat in Swedish, Norwegian, and English.
• Help our customers with their questions and create memorable customer experiences.
• Collaborate with the group's e-commerce, warehouse, and stores to ensure smooth deliveries and satisfied customers.
• Be an important part of shaping and improving our routines and processes.

We believe you:

• Have experience in customer service or another service-oriented role – but it is not a requirement! We value your attitude and willingness to learn even more.
• Are communicative, positive, and enjoy helping others.
• Are solution-oriented and meticulous, with the ability to juggle many balls in the air.
• Have an interest in fashion and want to be part of creating something fantastic.
• You master Swedish and English in speech and writing.
• Knowledge of Norwegian and/or Finnish is an advantage.
