About the role

TGW is a leading international player in intralogistics, developing highly automated warehouse solutions for some of the world's largest e-commerce and retail companies. With a focus on innovation, automation, and sustainable solutions, TGW is shaping the future of logistics.

As a Robotics Technical Specialist, you will become part of the Operational Excellence team, where you will work on developing systems, optimizing performance, and building long-term customer relationships. The role involves close collaboration with both internal teams and customers on-site.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will among other things:

  • Ensure that robotic systems operate reliably and with high availability
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within electrical, mechanical, and software domains
  • Create documentation and share knowledge with both customers and colleagues
  • Train and coach employees to enhance technical competence
  • Drive improvement initiatives and identify new business opportunities
  • Serve as an active point of contact for customers and build long-term relationships
  • Work according to current procedures for environment and safety

We are looking for you who

  • Have an education in electrical or mechanical engineering
  • Have good knowledge of PLC control (Siemens)
  • Understand mechatronic safety circuits and components
  • Speak and write fluently in Swedish and English
  • Are flexible and willing to travel, both to Germany for training and within Northern Europe

Merits

  • Experience from intralogistics or high-speed robotics
  • Knowledge of IT systems related to intralogistics
  • Experience in training or mentoring technicians
