🔹 About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated chef with a strong sense for European cuisine to join our bistro environment. You will be working in a kitchen with an established structure for menus, purchasing, and planning, where your role will be to contribute quality, creativity, and joy in work to our daily operations.

You are expected to be self-sufficient in service and actively contribute to the overall success of the kitchen's operations.

🔹 Responsibilities

  • Prepare and present high-quality dishes within European bistro cuisine.
  • Work in daily service with a focus on quality and efficiency.
  • Prepare mise en place before service.
  • Ensure good hygiene and adhere to food safety standards (HACCP).
  • Contribute creatively to the kitchen's development and the overall dining experience.
  • Collaborate closely with the kitchen team and management.
  • Contribute to reducing food waste and maintaining good cost control.

🔹 Qualifications

  • At least 3–5 years of experience as a chef in European or continental cuisine.
  • Experience from restaurant or bistro environments.
  • Ability to work independently during service.
  • Good sense for taste, presentation, and quality.
  • Good command of English (Swedish is an advantage).
  • A team player with a positive attitude and joy in work.
