We are currently looking for a Head Waiter/Head Waitress (100% full-time) for one of our partners in Båstad. We are looking for someone who loves service, enjoys leading people, and wants to create memorable experiences for both guests and colleagues. Housing is available. The assignment runs from July 1st to August 31st with a chance for extension!

THE ROLE
As Head Waiter/Head Waitress, you are the hub of the restaurant's daily operations. You are the one who holds the service together, supports the team, and ensures that guests receive an experience that exceeds expectations.

You are visible on the floor, lead by example, and have the ability to create calm even when the pace is high. You see opportunities where others see problems and understand that the best results are created by helping people grow together. Among other things, you will:

• Lead and distribute work during service.
• Ensure high quality and a great guest experience.
• Coach and inspire employees in their daily work.
• Act as a key link between the kitchen, service staff, and management.
• Actively work on developing routines, service standards, and team spirit.

We believe that you:

• Have experience from the restaurant industry and truly understand the basics of service.
• Have previous experience as a Head Waiter/Head Waitress.
• Enjoy developing both businesses and people.
• Have a good understanding of food, drink, and ingredients.

• Are creative, solution-oriented, and dare to think outside the box.
• Communicate clearly and build strong relationships with both guests and colleagues.
