About the role

Responsible for the daily operations of the restaurant.

Sales and service of light meals, daily lunch, and café offerings.

Cash handling and cash register responsibility (excluding cash management).

Preparation of breakfast, sandwiches, and simple baked goods.

Prepare and set up the salad buffet.

Ensure the restaurant remains clean, tidy, and welcoming.

Contribute to good service and a friendly attitude towards guests.

Are you the one we are looking for?

You have studied the Restaurant and Food program and/or equivalent education, and have several years of experience as a cook.

Experience working in a restaurant/café is preferred.

Proficient in computer skills, for example, cash registers, ordering systems, and basic administration.

Knowledge of food handling and hygiene.

In your work, you are willing to take responsibility and deliver high quality in a fast-paced environment. Food and cooking are close to your heart, and you share the view that the meal is an important part of everyday life. You are used to taking initiative and are driven by always doing that little extra for the guest. We want you to provide a warm welcome, and your flexibility ensures that guests always receive the best possible service.

You are goal-oriented and help develop the business in a quality-conscious manner. We would appreciate it if you brought new thoughts and ideas to our operations! Furthermore, you are a role model and promote a very good work environment by treating your colleagues and guests with personal care. You see opportunities rather than obstacles and have great ability to collaborate and communicate both verbally and in writing. Personal suitability is highly valued.

About the employment

When you apply for a job with us, we will ask you to present an extract from the Police Register.
