We are a wonderful, food-loving team at a preschool with 115 children and 22 employees, where meals are an important part of the education. We see the kitchen as the heart of the operation – a place where care, quality, and joy meet.

⭐ Your Role

As a cook here, you are responsible for the budget, planning, cooking, and serving of delicious and nutritious food for our children and staff. You work closely with the educators and are a key part of the overall picture of the children's day.

Your responsibilities include:

• Managing the food budget, planning, and preparing lunch and snacks according to current guidelines and special dietary needs
• Creating varied, sustainable, and child-friendly menus
• Ensuring good food hygiene and self-control
• Ordering goods and communicating with suppliers
• Keeping the kitchen and serving areas clean, safe, and well-organized
• Collaborating with educators on meal pedagogy and children's participation
• Contributing to a positive meal experience where children feel joy and security around food

• Is a trained cook or has equivalent experience
• Has good knowledge of special diets, allergies, and food hygiene
