Holy Greens is about feeling good. We want to make it easy for people to eat sustainably and healthily without compromising on the taste experience. Therefore, everything on the menu is prepared from scratch.

About the role
As Head Chef at Holy Greens, you play a key role in daily operations. You are responsible for a smooth-running operation, lead the daily work in the kitchen, and ensure that ingredients are of the highest quality, prepared with care and according to the concept's guidelines. Your role doesn't stop there – you are also the right hand to the restaurant manager and a vital part of both the team and the company's development.

Qualifications
To succeed as Head Chef, you are a natural leader who loves the dynamics and challenges of the restaurant industry. You are structured, meticulous, loyal, trustworthy, and proactive - yet humble and unpretentious. Your solution-oriented mindset and positive attitude make any challenge feel like a perfect match!

Requirements

• You have several years of experience in the kitchen in a leadership role (e.g., café, cold station, prep kitchen).
• You are accustomed to working with EKP (Cost of Goods Sold) and KPIs, as well as continuous monitoring of these areas.
• You have an interest in healthy food and sustainability.

• Employment: Part-time/Full-time
• Location: Kungsgatan, Stockholm
• Salary: Fixed salary. We are affiliated with Visita and follow collective agreements.
