💼 About the role As a Senior HR Business Partner, you work closely with managers and leadership teams, serving as a go-to advisor for all HR-related matters. You support the business in making smart, sustainable decisions regarding people, organization, and development.

You move seamlessly between strategic initiatives and operational issues, always with a focus on business value, employee experience, and regulatory compliance.

🎯 Your mission: You will, among other things:

• Drive and develop the HR agenda together with leaders
• Be responsible for and support processes within compensation review, performance, and talent
• Work with labor law, union dialogue, and negotiations
• Be a secure support in complex personnel matters
• Contribute to initiatives such as working environment, change management, and labor law
• Strengthen leadership and contribute to an attractive workplace

🧩 We are looking for someone who has:

• At least 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner
• In-depth knowledge of Swedish labor law
• Experience with union negotiations and labor law issues
• Good understanding of Compensation & Benefits in Sweden
• Experience from an international environment
• Fluent English in speech and writing

Advantageous:

• Experience from the German market
• German language skills
